FAQ
How does billing work?
Paid plans use Stripe Checkout. After you subscribe, your tier and credits update automatically via webhooks. Configure STRIPE_PRO_PRICE_ID, STRIPE_MAX_PRICE_ID and the /api/webhooks/stripe endpoint in your Stripe project.
Which plans can export video?
All of them. Free exports MP4 at 1080p and 30fps with a watermark; Pro and Max at 60fps with no watermark. An animated chart costs 3 credits to generate against a static chart's 1. Encoding happens in your browser, so it needs Chrome/Edge 94+, Safari 16.4+ or Firefox 130+.
What counts as a credit?
Each chart generation run consumes credits based on chart complexity and pipeline stages. Exports and AI edits can consume additional credits according to your plan entitlements.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Use the customer portal from Settings or Pricing when you have an active subscription.
