Copyright and DMCA Policy
GeeskiAI LLC respects copyright and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. ChartForce lets users upload images and files, and we remove infringing material when we are told about it.
1Reporting infringement
Send a notice to our designated agent at dmca@chartforce.ai. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), it must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it — a URL is best.
- Your address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
On receiving a complete notice we remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the user who uploaded it, passing on your notice.

3Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you are authorized to use it, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district — or, if you are outside the United States, any district in which we may be found — and that you will accept service from the person who sent the original notice.
We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action seeking to restrain the material within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore it.
4Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright. We record each valid notice against the account it concerns, and an account that accrues three strikes that are not withdrawn or successfully countered is terminated. We may terminate sooner in clear cases of deliberate, large-scale infringement.
Strikes are removed when the notice is withdrawn, when a counter-notice succeeds, or after two years.
5Other rights
The DMCA covers copyright. For trade mark complaints, or to ask for the removal of a photograph of yourself uploaded by someone else, email legal@chartforce.ai with the same level of detail. Requests to remove your own personal data are handled under the Privacy Policy — email privacy@chartforce.ai.
